“In man’s case, therefore, we are not dealing with something that develops, but with a fact of formation; something nonexistent has to be produced, starting from nothing.”

honeybee nido lead guide

Originally from Mexico, Ms. Nadia has called Arizona home for over 25 years. As the oldest of four siblings, her passion for working with young children began early, inspired by caring for her younger brothers. In 2016, she began her Montessori journey as an assistant and instantly fell in love with the philosophy—she knew right away this was where she was meant to be.
With a strong desire to deepen her understanding, she first completed her NAMC Montessori certification and later pursued training through the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), known for its comprehensive and globally recognized standards. In 2019, she completed the AMI Assistant to Infancy (Birth to Three) Assistant Course at the Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies. Soon after, she followed her dream of becoming a lead guide by earning her full AMI Assistance to Infancy Certification—both courses support the same 0–3 age group.
After over nine years of experience working with toddlers and helping establish the Squirrel Community at Creo, Ms. Nadia is excited to begin a new chapter supporting the Nido community. She is honored to nurture the development of infants during this essential stage of life and is passionate about guiding parents through Montessori-based education and caregiving. Her work is grounded in intention, care, and deep respect for the unique path of each child.
Outside the classroom, Ms. Nadia enjoys spending time with her husband and young son (a proud Creo student!), going camping, exploring the outdoors, and watching movies—especially with a big bucket of movie theater popcorn. At home, she also loves caring for their family pets, including a playful orange cat and a friendly bearded dragon
