Evelyn Vance

Evelyn rejoins the Creo Community with immense gratitude. She is excited to be a part of a team of passionate and dedicated Montessori Educators. Ms. Evelyn has over a decade of experience as an early childhood teacher in a variety of settings from Montessori, Waldorf and Project Based curriculums, as well as roles as a parent educator in community-based programs and worked as an Early Childhood teacher trainer for the State of Nevada. Evelyn considers herself a lifelong learner and loves to learn from others experiences as well higher education programs. She holds a B.S. from Arizona State University in Family Studies and Sociology, a Master’s Degree also from ASU in Early Childhood Education, and a Master’s Degree from Loyola University of Maryland in Montessori Education. Ms. Evelyn also proudly graduated with an AMI diploma for Children House from the Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies.

As a Montessori parent of 3 beautiful children for 17 years, Ms. Evelyn has experienced firsthand how the Montessori magic (as she calls it) allows children to blossom into their most confident, authentic selves. She considers it the best gift we can give to the world and to our children. Ms. Evelyn loves to have fun in the classroom by prompting children’s inquisitive nature and bringing students together with lightheartedness and playfulness. When she’s not in the classroom, she enjoys crocheting, nature walks, road trips, and exploring new food in new places.
