The child, making use of all that he finds around him, shapes himself for the future.

Erika Weaver

enrollment coordinator

Erika grew up knowing she’d work with children. When she was young she first experienced Montessori at a small Montessori school alongside her brothers, where her mom taught. Fourteen years ago, she began working at a well known Montessori school in Phoenix and completed her Primary training. Later, she did her Infant/Toddler training. Creō’s nido is the third infant space she helped cultivate in the valley. She loved her time in the classroom, but is excited to cultivate the parent-school relationship and support new parents in the life-changing journey of choosing Montessori for their children. She brings with her to the Creō family her two sons and daughter: Bradley, in the Lower Elementary program; Ender, in our Children’s House program; and her new infant, Etta, who is in our Nido classroom.

In her free time, Erika and her husband enjoy taking their three children to baseball games, four wheeling, and outside to enjoy Arizona’s beauty. She also enjoys reading and seeing live music.
