Erika comes from a Montessori family; she attended Montessori as a young child with her siblings and her mother is also a Montessorian. Erika has two Montessori trainings spanning birth - 6. She spent 18 years in the classroom and helped to develop Creo’s beloved Nido program before joining Creo’s Administration team. She loved her time in the classroom, and now thoroughly enjoys cultivating the parent-school relationship and support new parents in the life-changing journey of choosing Montessori for their children as Creo’s Enrollment Coordinator. She keeps her love for the classroom alive through supporting Creo’s infant and toddler classrooms as the 0-3 Program Director.

In her free time, Erika and her husband enjoy taking their children to baseball games, and enjoying Arizona’s beautiful outdoors. She also enjoys reading, music, and a good cup of coffee!
