Alina Cantrell was born and raised in the east central region of Mexico. Her passion for understanding how children grow and learn led her to study psychology. She moved to the United Stated just two years ago, driven by her goal to learning English and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. Ms. Alina looks forward to start her social work degree path starting next year. As a Montessori assistant teacher, she loves being part of an environment where children are encouraged to become independent and discover their full potential through hands-on learning. Seeing their confidence grow as they explore and learn on their own is what inspires her every day. In her free time, Ms. Alina enjoys reading and spending quality time with her husband, whether they’re playing pickleball or relaxing with a good movie.
